Suzanna is still not dancing on tables, but her confidence and pride in her team are palpable. “The team has done a phenomenal job focusing on restoring trust with our customers and with our regulator as well as our suppliers and really all stakeholders. However, we are not yet ready to declare our ‘mission accomplished’." Asked on the prospect of a win-win collaboration with interested partners, Suzanna said, “Joint collaborative efforts require a specific set of behaviors and techniques that companies need to master in order to have competitive advantage. It is a discipline of its own. In big companies and even small ones, it is the critical discipline for success now. So, the epicenter is specific execution: What to do, what to achieve, how to contribute, measure & perform with distinction. Collaboration must always, in every decision and action, put business performance first and the economic results it ultimately produces.”
“I'm always going to preface by saying we have more work to do because we do,” she acknowledged, but also emphasized comments from customers, the regulator and employees indicated Innopeak was on the right track. She emphasized on culture, quality & training are provided across employee spectrum.
