Kota Kinabalu: The document details of the Sabah-Petronas Commercial Collaboration Agreement (CCA) signed between the State Government and Petronas are confidential.
This was stated by Dr Dionysia Aloysius Kibat, the CEO of SMJ Sdn Bhd, when asked at the 10th Sabah Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition 2023 themed – “Energy Security and Sustainability in Oil, Gas & Energy Industry in Sabah” at SICC on June 9 during the question and answer session.
She was representing Finance Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun who could not attend the Day 2 Conversation event as scheduled, moderated by Dato’ Paduka Ts Udani bin Dato’ Seri Mohamed Daud, the Group Executive Chairman of MaxEnergy Group.
