PENAMPANG: Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick has highlighted the potential of community farm innovation as a sustainable source of income for residents.

Supporting the initiative by Kampung Madsiang villagers, Ewon commended their efforts in cultivating and innovating with roselle to strengthen the community’s economy.

Speaking at the launch of the Madsiang Community Learning Centre and the closing ceremony of the Community Farm Project: Roselle Cultivation and Innovation, Ewon expressed hope that such initiatives would inspire other communities to adopt innovative farming for economic growth.
