KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 17 — A company secretary pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court today to two charges of furnishing false information to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) between 2021 and 2024.

On both charges, Ardzlyn Hawatul Yuhanis Uyob@Ayob, 33, allegedly to have submitted false information to the Registrar regarding Section 58 forms, titled “Notification of Change in the Register of Directors, Managers, and Secretaries”, for MB International Sdn Bhd and Ascent GT Sdn Bhd.

The offences allegedly took place at SSM’s headquarters, Menara SSM@Sentral, on December 3, 2021, and May 16, 2024.
