PAPAR: Residents of Blok E of Puncak Gloxnia Condominium appealed to the management to immediately repair the damaged elevator in their block
A resident, Vin, said the damaged elevator in Block E had been going on for two months but until now there is no action taken by the management.
“When a question was asked to the management, they stated that the repair can only be done after the equipment arrives,” he said, adding that it was curious why the equipment to repair the elevator takes over two months to arrive.
Another resident, Shon, said she was disappointed with the management because every month hundreds of ringgit were paid to them for the management fee but such important facility was not maintained.
“I appeal to the management to immediately repair the damaged elevator. This is a condominium-level residential park and do not lower its reputation because we pay expensive administrative fee every month,” she said.
A media inspection of the 17-floor block found only one working elevator that could accommodate around eight people at a time.
