PETALING JAYA: The Malay rulers are starting to arrive at Istana Negara for the Conference of Rulers meeting.
Malay Mail reports that Johor’s Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar is the first to arrive at about 9.40am.
More Rulers are expected to arrive ahead of the meeting that is scheduled to start at 10.30am.
