
Kota Kinabalu: A 40-foot container fell off a trailer truck, bringing traffic to a standstill for close to an hour, at the Jalan Lintas - Kolombong intersection, here, Thursday.
The lorry driver was believed to be transporting the fruit-laden cargo to Jalan Bundusan from Sepanggar and was negotiating a bend at the intersection when the cargo suddenly fell in the 11.20am incident.
Fortunately, no passersby or other vehicles were at the intersection when the accident happened.
