KOTA KINABALU: A notice to show cause for contempt of court against Warisan President Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, over remarks he allegedly made regarding the case of Zara Qairina Mahathir, is ready to be served.
State Prosecution Director Nahra Dollah, when approached by the media as she and her team entered the court building on Wednesday, said she was unsure when the notice would be served on Shafie.
She confirmed that her team had prepared the notice, which was issued by Coroner Amir Shah Amir Hassan on Monday.
