TAWAU: Kukusan Assemblywoman Rina Jainal called on husbands to fulfil their responsibility by contributing to the Housewives’ Social Security Scheme (SKSSR) for their future needs of their wives.
She hoped that community leaders, people’s representatives, NGOs and the private sector who have the ability to provide some funds would support implementation of SKSSR protection for the respective target groups.
“The SKSSR which was implemented on Dec 1, last year is the best programme because although the contribution is small, it provides remuneration that the wives may need later on.
