CONVERGE ICT Solutions Inc. won two awards at the Asian Experience Awards 2026 for initiatives covering its consumer and enterprise businesses.
The company received the Philippines Product Experience of the Year – Technology award for its Live to the Power of X campaign and the Philippines Digital Experience of the Year – Telecommunications award for a business-to-business podcast produced by its Converge Global Business Group.
The Live to the Power of X campaign organized broadband offerings according to customers’ online activities and needs rather than relying primarily on speed, bandwidth and price.
The offerings included GameChanger for gaming, a Netflix Bundle for entertainment, Time of Day for customers with varying online schedules, and Super FiberX for connected families.
“By organizing its offerings around customer needs and behaviors, Converge made it easier for consumers to identify products relevant to their lifestyles while highlighting the value beyond connectivity itself,” said John Paul Aguilar, Converge senior vice president and acting head of consumer sales and marketing.
According to the company, adoption of higher-value broadband plans increased, while bundle adoption grew from low single digits to nearly half of its subscribers. The campaign also reached millions of customers and contributed to subscriber growth.
The company's enterprise unit received the digital experience award for Where the Digital World Converges: Conversations on Cloud, a podcast series produced with BusinessWorld that focused on issues including cloud infrastructure, digital sovereignty and the data economy.
“In the enterprise space, decision-makers don't just need products; they need perspective. By prioritizing genuine advocacy for digital growth over hard selling, we create an open space where leaders can navigate complex topics like cloud infrastructure and data sovereignty with confidence,” said Grace Jarin-Castillo, senior vice president and head of the Corporate Business Group of Converge Global Business.
The podcast brought together private-sector and public-sector leaders for discussions on technology and the country's digital development. Its audio and video content was distributed through Spotify and YouTube, with social media used to reach enterprise audiences.
The company said the initiative generated tens of thousands of social media views, additional video views on YouTube and regular listenership on Spotify, while also receiving media coverage.
The Asian Experience Awards recognizes initiatives designed to create brand experiences for customers, potential customers and employees.
