Inter Milan attacker Joaquin Correa was delighted after victory over Spezia.
The Nerazzurri were comfortable 3-0 winners on the day.
Correa said: "Tonight it was a tough match, we entered the field immediately well, we took it home and we are all happy. I think we need to find what we missed in the pre-season, we are focused and determined.
"We haven't conceded a goal today, but we want to improve the defensive and offensive phases again. The goal? It was very important for me to start like this, goals are important even though I'm someone who cares a lot about the team.
"I think about finding the best form I had in previous years, so I can give my 100% for the team as well.
"Lots of competition up front? We all have different characteristics, everyone has their own style. The coach has many options, but we are all united to win, we think about the team goals which is the most important thing."
