Staff turnover or frequent resignations are increasing, and Antarmanh has brought about positive transformation in several international corporate workplaces.
Antarmanh Consulting, originally from New Delhi and now in Malaysia, provides Workplace Wellness through coaching, counselling and training.
"Counselling, training and consistent interventions have brought positive transformation at the workplace. And then there was no looking back," said Antarmanh managing director Dr Seema Rekha.
In the past ten years, she said many organisations began inviting her to train their staff to be loyal and dedicated to their work in their companies.
"Antarmanh gradually gained recognition and grew organically by word of mouth. Then I started building a team, and we started designing wellness-centric solutions to resolve business problems. Overcoming resignations through value-based hiring, individual behaviour modifications and collective behaviour cooperation at work positively impacted organisational health. Now we provide research-based practical solutions to our corporate clients to maximise their business potential," she said in an interview with Newswav.
Antarmanh's focus is to create a culture of coexistence, collaboration, mutual trust and inclusivity in workplaces and communities worldwide.
Today Antarmanh is an organisation of driven and passionate wellness professionals, psychologists, and management consultants. It is a revolutionary group of experts helping to build happier and healthier communities.
Antarmanh trains people of all ages, from a toddler to senior citizens, who are struggling despite having wealth and resources. "More than ten years ago, I began with underprivileged children (autistic and others) and enhanced their positive mindset. We witnessed a tangible transformation in children, and they were demonstrating inclusion and mutual respect," said Seema, talent hunted by a German engineering organisation during a workshop.
"They invited me and asked me to curate some stress management workshops on world health day. After doing a training needs analysis on resolving their problems, I provided the solution for the German company. My journey with the company was in transformation advocacy. Through this, they experienced the importance of wellness coaching in different phases of employees' professional cycle," Seema said in an evening talk at the Sentul Rotary Club weekly meeting.
Club’s president Y.Kesavan in thanking her, said: “We are happy to have picked some tips on mental health issues pointed by Dr Seema in the talk. We are at the same time doing our social work in helping the community and will be holding a free Medical Camp at the La Salle Sentul on 7th May.”
He also added that the Medical Camp would target B40 communities around Sentul, collaborating with PIBG of SMK La Salle Sentul, Pfizer Malaysia, KKM Batu, the National Cancer Society and SEGi Optometry Department.
