Tuaran: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor said he will stay out of the 15th General Election (GE15) even though there are requests for him to contest the Tuaran parliamentary seat.
“I am not interested,” Hajiji said in response to media inquiries after officiating the 2022 3rd Annual Conference of Bersatu Tuaran Divisional Seri Sulaman hall, here.
Hajiji who is also Bersatu Sabah Chairman said there is a high probability that his party would field a candidate for the Tuaran seat.
“However, this matter will be discussed further in the GRS Supreme Council meeting tonight (Thursday) before being brought up for discussion with Barisan Nasional (BN) later.
