- Following new information and evidence, the man in custody has been re-arrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
- Specialist officers from across the Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) network have been working alongside Devon and Cornwall Police since the murder investigation began.
- Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) is now leading the dynamic and complex investigation, continuing to collaborate with local police to establish the full circumstances.
