Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Law Society (SLS) senior lawyers Dr David Fung and Jeyan T. M. Marimuttu prefer the High Court to endorse the 40 per cent net revenue formula.

They said this on “The Malaysia Agreement (MA63) Talk on 40 per cent Revenue” hosted by Sabah at the conference room of the Sabah Law Society (SLS), attended by about 100 people.

“What is ‘net revenue’? It is revenue which accrues to the Federation less the amounts received by the State in respect of assignments of that revenue,” said Jeyan.
