Kota Kinabalu: The High Court here has dismissed a petition to challenge the result of Sabah BN’s Datuk Shahelmey Yahya's Putatan seat win in the 15th General Election.
Judge Wong Siong Tung struck out the petition by Pakatan Harapan's Awang Husaini Sahari on Friday via Zoom.
The judge also ordered the petitioner to pay a cost of RM10,000.
