THE Sandiganbayan 3rd Division has issued a subpoena duces tecum ad testificandum to former Public Works secretary Manuel Bonoan to testify against former senator Bong Revilla in the case involving alleged “ghost” flood control projects in Pandi, Bulacan.
The anti-graft court issued the subpoena on Friday, Aug. 7, upon the prosecution’s request in open court, directing Bonoan to appear and testify at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
The court also issued a produce order directing BGen. Portia Manalad, director of the Philippine National Police Health Service, to bring Bonoan before the court on the same date and time.
Bonoan is currently under hospital arrest at the PNP General Hospital.
