
HEAD of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin (second from right) received a courtesy visit from the Romanian Ambassador to Malaysia Nineta Barbulescu at Istana Seri Kinabalu, Friday.
Nineta (second from left), when met by the media, said the purpose of the visit was to see potential bilateral ties in various fields such as tourism and academic studies for both countries.
Accompanying her was honorary advisor for trade innovation, cultural and academic fields Dan-Cristian Barbulescu (left) and the Honorary Consul of Romania in Sabah Datuk Seri Clarence Bongkos Malakun (right).
