Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Forestry Department (SFD) , Sabah Wildlife Department (SWD), Yayasan Sabah Group (YSG) and Sabah Environmental Trust (SET) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Extension for the Danum Valley-Maliau Basin-Imbak Canyon (DaMaI): Patrolling (Enforcement & Monitoring) initiative for another three years (2022-2024).

Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Abidin Madingkir, who is responsible for YSG, witnessed the signing ceremony held at Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC),Tuesday.

Signing on behalf of the State Government were the Chief Conservator of Forests Datuk Frederick Kugan and SWD Director Augustine Tuuga, while YSG was represented by Yayasan Sabah Director cum Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB) Dato’ Sri Haji Gulamhaidar Khan Bahadar and SET by its Chief Executive Officer Dr Haji Rahimatsah.
