  • Francis used hidden cameras disguised in everyday objects such as shower gel bottles, pens, USB sticks, and plugs to record his victims in their homes and workplaces.
  • His offending, which spanned from 2015 to 2025, was uncovered in May 2024 when a hidden camera was found in a victim's Northampton home.
  • Forensic examination of his devices revealed hundreds of videos and images of women aged in their 20s to 60s.
  • Alongside his prison sentence, Francis received a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will be on the Sex Offenders' Register for life.
