Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi has welcomed new manager Oliver Glasner.
Guehi says Glasner has made a good first impression on the players.
He said: "He's a terrific guy. Him and his staff have been amazing since they arrived. They have made their plans and intentions clear, and these first days have been positive.
"He has a very offensive style, we have seen that with Wolfsburg and Frankfurt and the success he had in Europe - especially with Frankfurt.
"Without a doubt, he wants to go up and score goals, and he has already lifted the veil a bit on what he wants from us on the training ground. We are excited."
