Crystal Palace defender Jake O'Brien is emerging as a target for Bristol City.
The 21-year-old defender is presently at Belgian side Molenbeek on loan.
However, Bristol boss Nigel Pearson is hoping to do a deal to take O'Brien to his club before the winter window closes.
Per the Daily Mail, they are even assessing whether a permanent deal is possible.
Palace would then recall O'Brien and sell him to Bristol in the next couple of days.
The youngster is a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, but has not played for the Palace first team.
