Crystal Palace have entered talks with former Chelsea boss Graham Potter.
Potter is ready to return to management and has been speaking with Nice in France.
But The Sun says Palace have now made their move as they seek to replace veteran firefighter Roy Hodgson.
Palace believe Potter is the right fit to help bring on their young players like Ebe Eze and Michael Olise.
He was sacked by Chelsea in April after just 12 wins from 31 matches.
