Premier League side Crystal Palace are contemplating a January move for Blackburn forward Ben Brereton Diaz.
The Chilean will be a free agent in the summer, as his contract Rovers expires at the end of this term.
However, The Sun claims that Palace may put in a bid in January to steal a march on other teams vying for his signature.
The 23-year-old was the subject of offers from Fulham, Leeds and Everton late in the summer transfer window.
Brereton Diaz has been outstanding this term, scoring eight goals, including a great solo strike against Sunderland on Tuesday.
Blackburn have offered him a new deal, but he has shown no signs of wanting to accept.
