Crystal Palace are wrapping up the signing of Derby County winger Malcolm Ebiowei today.
The 18 year-old is expected at Selhurst Park today to complete his transfer, says the Daily Mail.
Tottenham were Palace's main rivals for the player who made 15 appearances for Derby last season. French club Monaco were also interested.
However, Ebiowei chose Palace thanks to a charm offensive from manager Patrick Vieira.
The England U18 international is rated highly inside the local youth game.
