Every household is interested in when GE 15 will come by. Many know the various answers which may not be right.
Some predict this year. Among them, a majority pick the month of November. Even the USA embassy kick in with their warning about the weather as if they want to influence the GE to be in their favour.
Others say next year. That's a long stretch. By march or by July to end the 5-year term of parliament.
Can you decide? PM with the King or DYMM the Yang de Pertuan Agong can. Will they?
Be careful.
In elections as in war, the first casualty is truth. 2nd is the DTD or dirty tricks department overriding usual processes.
They may put forward their wish to the public. We want GE now. But in truth, they quietly want it next year... When they think they'll have better followers. Currently, voters in their favour may be below expectations and they will lose. So they mislead us.
On the other hand, the unsuspecting voters may fall into their trap and think that next year will be proper in order to win. But the opposition can lose because by then the machinery would have been repaired and all points are done.
Depends on the information from the SB and MI or Military intelligence. In one previous GE, the PM was warned not to call for an election or (as his SB warned) he would lose. But his wife's Bomoh was of the view he should call for election right then. He called. He lost the government!
So it is now the season for bomohs. Call in the king of coconuts. That Bomoh may tell you when it will favour you. But watch out. When the coco is gone you'll end up as a nut.
Other bomohs may prescribe other dates or methods. Visit your MPs and ADUNs just before GE 15 and you'll see them busy consulting their "advisers". They cannot think for themselves and yet voters choose such characters?
Branding will be put forward. This is the party's logo or their calls to battle. Mostly false claims. And voters are taken hook line and sinker.
The winning candidates may be those who convince the elders. The young may not be in time to vote. The elders remember their young days. Aha. That party helped my son get his scholarship. Not knowing that for every act it performed it stole millions from the public! Should such bad people be voted now?
Are you important? You are only if you exercise your power to vote for the proper people. You become rubbish if you select the same corrupt candidates this time.
It is your power. Old brands die. Fresh better groups will want to prove their worth. Do you want to give them the chance to get you your new life? No more corruption!
