Chelsea will have final say on Tiemoue Bakayoko's return to France this summer.
The former AS Monaco star is wanted by PSG, where he has agreed terms with their sporting director Leonardo.
Both Bakayoko and Leonardo have settled on the move and it's now left to Chelsea to make a final decision.
Chelsea are yet to consider Bakayoko's situation, with manager Frank Lampard still considering his squad options.
The midfielder spent last season on-loan with AC Milan.
