The daily grind of working in the office and attending to domestic duties easily distract our focus towards our personal ambition. Therefore, it is fundamental we reserve some time for daily contemplation. Our daily contemplation will reintegrate our fragmented pieces of our energy, vision and plans toward the right direction.
The ultimate value of life depends upon awareness and the power of contemplation rather than upon mere survival. ~ Aristotle
Our daily contemplation should include our aspirations, strategies, the time required for studies, defining our life principles to live by and so forth. It is in the daily contemplation that we assess the distance we need to travel in order to achieve our goal, on whether we are channeling our energy into a worthwhile project or if any adjustment need to be made to suit the current situation.
We may encounter unanticipated challenges however with a clear game plan we will be more upbeat to face challenges with a can-do spirit.
At a time where competing for customers and assembling resources is at an all-time high, we need to deliberate on these part of project for without these two components, our project will not be a profitable venture.
It is wise to take our product globally. What was available for organisations with unlimited resources is now within our grasp with the current technology made available to us at minimal cost.
If you have a partner or a team under your wing, it is vital that you constantly inspire, support, empower, instil faith and focus. Expressing our heart felt gratitude is paramount for them to feel appreciated and in turn be more proactive.
In contemplation and reverie, one thought introduces another perpetually; and it is by similarity, or the hooking of one upon the other, that the process of thinking is carried on. ~ William Godwin

We all had that experience of starting a project with a gung-ho only to see our enthusiasm dissipate over a period of time. The reason being, we are inundated with responsibilities, another new venture that captured our attention or we are simply no longer motivated. Committing is easy, staying committed is a lot of work.
When we do not stay active, alive and committed in the current project, we will have self doubt in the next project. Our self doubt will remind us of our past failure in staying committed throughout the project. Without firm commitment on our part, all future project will wither the same way. Self-discipline is the key. Be committed to a project right till the end.
The biggest risk is not taking any risk… in a world that is changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks. ~ Mark Zuckerberg
Taking risk is a game of life, we face our fear of the unknown. Stepping out from the safety of our comfort zone can be debilitating. Almost as if we are jumping out of the window and knowing there is no safety net down below to catch us before we hit the ground. The cause is fear of failure and the strong emotion that comes to grip us to which we are not able to handle.
Just like the eaglet taking short hops from branch to another branch before taking a full fledge flight, take a calculated risk which can be rewarding. If it leads to failure, set aside our emotions, analyse if we can minimise the impact, assess the situation that leads to failure and learn the lesson. Without taking risk, we will be stuck in the doldrums without evolving.
It is the eaglet that dare spread their wings to fly will one day soar into the sky as an eagle.
Take new risk everyday. Living in the comfort zone breeds ignorance, loss of youth, loss of adventures culminating to disappointments and regrets. Do it even though you feel the fear, the discomfort and weariness. The outcome will probably won’t be as bad as you think. ~ Gee
