Agent Oscar Damiani is backing Rudi Garcia's appointment at Napoli.
The Frenchman has succeeded title-winning coach Luciano Spalletti at Napoli.
Damiani told Radio Marte: "I have known Rudi Garcia for years, a well-prepared person. (President Aurelio) De Laurentiis often had very cinematic intuitions, he is a very good coach, I agree with the choice made by the president.
"(Victor) Osimhen? He is currently the strongest of all, certainly PSG could afford any amount. My wish is that he stays at Napoli at least for this other season."
Damiani also spoke of the financial competitiveness of Serie A clubs.
He stated: "The problem of our football starts from afar, the Italian teams have almost gone bankrupt in terms of budgets, which are disastrous. You can't invest but only sell and put the accounts in order.
"In England, France and Germany they have better balance sheets. Those who invested in Italy did it badly, when the holding companies arrived we were all happy.
