Agent Oscar Damiani has urged Victor Osimhen to resist a move to the Saudi Pro League.
Al-Hilal are ready to offer 180m to Napoli for the Nigeria international.
But Damiani told TMW Radio: "Absolutely he should stay in Europe and I hope for Napoli.
"He's a very strong player, he's young, he can grow further and he can win. He has time to go to the league that doesn't have much appeal and only for an economic question.
"He already earns well and they'll be satisfied, there's time to go there. For me, he has to stay in Naples, win the league and the Champions League and then think about something else."
