David Beckham hugged Sven-Goran Eriksson's father at the former England manager's funeral in Sweden on Friday, 13 September.
Captain of the team during Eriksson's spell in charge between 2001 and 2006, Beckham greeted the front row of mourners, including family members, at Fryksande church.
Eriksson, who became the first foreign manager to lead the team, died aged 76 on 26 August following a pancreatic cancer diagnosis.
Beckham is expected to be joined by other members of the England squad from Eriksson's time, including those who helped the side to the quarter-finals of Euro 2004 and the 2006 World Cup.
