David Brooks made his first start for Bournemouth in over a year in defeat to Manchester United.

Brooks made his first start in 598 days with the Wales international's last appeaance on Wednesday, 29 September 2021, when he played 69 minutes in a 0-0 draw at Peterborough United.
Shortly after Brooks was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He missed most of last season before being given the all clear in May.
This term, he has since made four appearances off the bench.
