KOTA KINABALU: The City Hall (DBKK) will hold a monthly Meet-the-Customers Day, said Mayor Datuk Seri Sabin Samitah.
The first session saw about 500 attendees, with most complaints on streetlights, drains, stray dogs and illegal traders.
About 75 pc of issues have been resolved, while DBKK ordered better maintenance works.
Sabin said the Smart City Friends network, now with 3,200 members, continues to assist in reporting city problems.
