Starting 1 January 2025, payments for DBKL compounds will no longer be available through Maybank2u web and the MAE app. This decision follows DBKL’s move to discontinue its online payment services via JomPAY (31898) and Bill Payments under the biller name “DBKL KOMPAUN ONLINE.” Consequently, DBKL will no longer appear as a biller for compound payments on these platforms.

This change applies solely to DBKL compound payments, while other DBKL-related transactions, such as Assessment Tax (Cukai Taksiran) and Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah Rumah Jual), can continue to be made via Maybank2u web and the MAE app as usual.

For DBKL compound payments, alternative payment options are available. Customers can settle their compounds at DBKL Payment Counters, through POS Malaysia, or via online platforms such as the DBKLBayar portal, the PAY@KL app, or the PBTPay app.

For further information or assistance, customers are advised to contact the DBKL hotline at 03-2617 9000 or email dbkl@dbkl.gov.my.
