Holland great Ronald de Boer is surprised by Inter Milan's swoop for Davy Klaassen.
The veteran midfielder has left Ajax for Inter, signing a one-year deal with an option for another 12 months.
De Boer said: "I think it's fantastic for Davy, but I don't really understand the logic and I don't like this. If he had been a starter in Italy, I would have understood, but this is not the case.
"I think he didn't want to sit on the Ajax bench, he felt too strong for this and therefore wanted to make a good move for his career. And Inter arrived.
"So I do wish him the best."
