Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi is delighted working with captain Lewis Dunk.
Speaking with La Gazzetta dello Sport, De Zerbi has detailed what he has found at Falmer stadium.
He said, Brighton is an important organisation with serious people.
"The secret is the hard core in the dressing room. People like Lewis Dunk.
"For me, he is in the top five of central defenders in Europe.
"Gross, Veltman, Welbeck, Webster, Lallana, March. Brighton don't have to care when I leave the club, but they have to when this group of players do."
