Dead-End Job follows Byeon Hyeok-jun, a man drowning in debt who accepts a mysterious job through the Spider Staffing Agency. The agency offers an unusually high wage, starting at 50 times the minimum hourly rate, but there is one strict condition: he must never reveal what happens during his assignments.
What initially appears to be the perfect way to make money soon turns into a nightmare. Each new assignment sends Hyeok-jun into a bizarre workplace filled with terrifying and unexplained phenomena.
Meanwhile, investigator Yeon Ju begins looking into the staffing agency’s secrets, while Hyeok-jun’s spirited sister, Byeon Ji Yun, tries to understand what happened to her brother. Their investigations eventually lead them towards the mysterious Mr. S and the strange world surrounding the agency.
Who stars in the K-drama?
The 2026 K-drama stars Lee Jae-wook as Byeon Hyeok Jun, a debt-ridden man who takes on the mysterious part-time jobs offered by the Spider Staffing Agency.

When will the K-drama Dead-End Job be released?
Dead-End Job is set to premiere on Netflix on 30 October 2026.
The first four episodes of the horror thriller are also scheduled to premiere at the 31st Busan International Film Festival on 7 October 2026 in the ‘On Screen’ section, ahead of its Netflix release.
