Those who questioned you after the video of your kind and courteous act towards your customers are most likely unhappy, insecure people who feel better by putting others down.
Usually, this type of behaviour is displayed by people who are insecure and threatened by or jealous of others.
Ignore the harshness of their behaviour.
Their words are just cries for help.
If you ignore them they might lose interest.
If you call them out on it they might realise what they said or did was mean.
They don’t even understand why they’re acting that way.
Subconsciously, they believe they are trying to raise their status, by lowering yours.
Their behaviour is a reflection of them, not you.
Put simply, many people are angry and unhappy with their lives.
They lack guidance, and so become lost and incapable of managing themselves appropriately.
In many cases they don’t care.
The only thing they care about is uplifting themselves somehow, and in the moment.
They will say/do whatever it takes to relieve their inner struggle and this will include being rude, tactless and blurting inappropriate comments.
You should ignore such people by making them feel insignificant because they are.
Keep your distance from toxic people and their negativity.
It is like a cancer and infects those around it.
They are so busy being envious and being swallowed up by jealousy.
So, they lash out and say the most unattractive things little knowing that what they say reflects right back at them.
They are not judging you when they say inappropriate things they are lashing out at their own inferiorities through you.
So, don’t take it on board.
Shrug your “Whatever” shoulders and walk away.
It is not a white lie that the bullying victims are better people than the bullies.
Bullies are highly messed up people, and seriously, they are really bad people.
And yes, calling someone “ugly”, when he/she doesn’t ask for your opinion or doesn’t bully you in any way, is bullying.
The root cause of all bullying behavior, is nothing else than jealousy/envy.
Please continue with your exemplary work and niat.
