  • The Ingram-Moores were previously found to have misused funds from the Captain Tom Foundation, leading to a ban from serving as charity trustees.
  • The Charity Commission's investigation revealed a "repeated pattern of behaviour" where the couple made private gains. They used funds to build a pool house, which they were later ordered to demolish.
