Derby County have secured the services of former Aston Villa midfielder Conor Hourihane.
The 31-year-old is undergoing a medical and will sign a two-year deal with Derby, per Daily Mail.
The Republic of Ireland international was also wanted by the likes of Huddersfield Town and Luton.
Hourihane was a target for old Derby boss Wayne Rooney last season, but finances meant a deal was not possible.
Derby have also secured Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Joe Wildsmith and Tom Barkhuizen recently.
They are in talks with former Aston Villa and Stoke defender James Chester as well.
