Kota Kinabalu: Sabah FC edged Sarawak United 1-0 to win the derby match at Likas Stadium on Tuesday night.
The home team were clearly the superior side on the night playing in front of some 10,000 fans inside the stadium.
However, they found it hard to find the net until skipper Baddril Bakhtiar headed in the winner in the 63rd minute from a cross delivered by Saddil Ramdani.
