Rob Holding says he couldn't write himself a better comeback story.
The Arsenal defender scored in his return from a 10-month spell on the sidelined with a knee injury.
Holding contributed to the 5-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup third-round.
He told Sky Sports: "It has been a long process with a lot of long days in the gym.
"I couldn't have written it better myself, how it panned out was just brilliant."
