Bringing laurels to her family and the region, Ridhima of Sakoh village in Dharamsala has secured the first position in the state in the B Pharmacy category of the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET)-2026 conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU), Hamirpur.

Ridhima scored an impressive 552 marks in the entrance examination, emerging as the state topper and earning widespread appreciation for her achievement.

Daughter of Kamaljeet and Pooja, residents of Sakoh village, Ridhima’s success brought immense joy to her family, friends and well-wishers.

Ridhima attributed her success to consistent hard work, self-confidence and the support of her parents, teachers and family members. She said dedication and regular study were key to achieving any goal.

Expressing her future aspirations, Ridhima said she aims to pursue higher education in the field of pharmacy and contribute to improving healthcare services. Ridhima added that she was committed to serving society through the healthcare sector and hoped to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
