THE price of diesel went down by as much as P3 per liter on Tuesday, but that of gasoline and kerosene will increase.
Seaoil rolled back the per-liter price of diesel by P3.01, and Shell by P3.
Seaoil’s gasoline will go up by P1.56, and kerosene by P1.77.
Shell’s gasoline will rise by P1.50, and kerosene by P1.70.
It will be the second straight week that diesel prices have dropped, and that of gasoline and kerosene have increased.
The price shifts were influenced by the G7’s planned release of diesel reserves, and China’s suspension of fuel exports, the Department of Energy (DOE) said on Monday.
Last week, diesel went down by as much as P1.30 per liter, gasoline rose by up to P1.90 per liter, and kerosene by up to P3.30 per liter.
