Arsenal are to receive greater support from the board in the coming years.
The Gunners are set for a reshuffle, with non-executive director Tim Lewis resigning from his position as a partner at law firm Clifford Chance.
Per The Athletic, Lewis is taking the decision to allow him to focus all his time on the Gunners.
He is an Arsenal fan who believes that he can continue to help improve the executive structure at the club.
Lewis worked with owner Stan Kroenke from 2007 to 2018, when he continued to invest in the team and eventually bought it outright.
He was also featured on Arsenal's All Or Nothing documentary with Amazon, where he was seen speaking with manager Mikel Arteta.
Lewis was supportive of Arteta's stance on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was captain at the time and having disciplinary issues.
