He wondered why the Water Department and Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) refused to supply to his house unlike other PPRTs which mostly have both.
“Contractors should carry out the connections even before the house is inhabited. According to the contractor, the Water Department and SESB did not give them permission.
