Disney Cruise Line has revealed plans to sail from New York for the first time in four years as part of a range of new cruise itineraries.
The cruise line said Disney Wish will homeport in New York City from September 2027 after its debut European and UK sailings next summer.
Guests will even be able to sail on a 12-night transatlantic voyage from Southampton to New York to start the season aboard Disney Wish.
Once in New York, the cruise ship will embark on four- to seven-night sailings throughout September and October to destinations including Bermuda, New England and Canada’s Atlantic coast.
It is the first time that a Disney ship will sail out of New York since Disney Dream in 2023.
The new routes include maiden calls in Panama aboard Disney Magic. The cruise ship will offer two repositioning cruises across the Panama Canal.

In November 2027, Disney Magic will sail from San Diego, California, on a 14-night eastbound cruise to Galveston, Texas, including a maiden call to Fuerte Amador to access Panama City.
The following March, the cruise ship will depart Galveston on a 14-night Westbound Panama Canal sailing to San Diego, with a maiden call to Colon, Panama.
There will also be opportunities to sail from the coast of San Juan for Caribbean cruises aboard Disney Fantasy in autumn 2027 and spring 2028.
Additionally, Disney’s Wish class ships – the largest in the fleet – Destiny, Treasure and Wish will will sail out of Florida from November 2027 for Caribbean cruises that include stops on its private islands Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Asia-focused Disney Adventure will continue sailing from Singapore with new three- and four-night itineraries from September to December 2027.
