Divin Mubama was thrilled to score in West Ham's Europa Conference League win against AEK Larnaca.
Mubama struck in the 4-0 win as West Ham cruised to the quarterfinals.
The teen, who scored his first goal for the club after having a goal taken away from him in the 3-0 win over FCSB as his header was given as an own goal, said: "I'm over the moon and it's something I've been waiting for a long time.
"The form I'm in with the Under-18s and Under-23s, I'm glad to continue the goalscoring streak and I'm buzzing.
"They can't take this one away from me and I'm hoping there's many more to come. I just want to thank God and the gaffer for giving me the opportunity to play."
Team-mate Jarrod Bowen also said of Mubama: "He deserves it. When he trains with us you can see how sharp he is. He has been a credit to himself and I'm buzzing for him to get the goal after the disappointment to have the other goal taken off."
