DJI has officially introduced the Power Auro 2000 Elite in Malaysia. This is their new portable power station designed for camping, road trips, outdoor activities and backup power at home. It packs a 2,016Wh battery with up to 2,000W of continuous AC output.
What makes the Power Auro 2000 Elite different is its all-in-one design, which integrates a car charger, solar charging controller, retractable 140W USB-C cable and dual SDC ports. This reduces the need for separate charging modules if you need to recharge the power station using a vehicle or solar panels.
DJI also claims this is its most compact 2kWh power station yet, offering a smaller and lighter design compared to the existing DJI Power 2000.
DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite Malaysia pricing and availability

The DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite is officially priced at RM6,509 in Malaysia. According to DJI Malaysia, the new power station is available through authorised DJI retailers nationwide since 28 October 2026.
DJI also plans to introduce a dedicated expansion battery that will increase the power station’s total capacity to up to 12kWh. However, there are no details yet on its local pricing or availability.
The DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite comes with a standard five-year warranty.
DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite specs and features

The DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite comes with a 2,016Wh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery and supports up to 2,000W of continuous pure sine wave AC output. DJI says it can also power selected resistive-load appliances rated at approximately 2,200W, including electric kettles and space heaters.
Compared to the existing DJI Power 2000, the new model is 24% smaller by volume and 14% lighter, weighing approximately 19kg. It measures 456mm long, 225mm wide and 245mm tall.
However, the smaller design also comes with a lower maximum output. The existing DJI Power 2000 offers 3,000W of continuous output and a slightly larger 2,048Wh battery.
For power delivery, the Auro 2000 Elite comes with three AC power outlets, two USB-C ports rated at up to 65W each, two 12W USB-A ports and two SDC ports capable of delivering up to 600W each.
There’s also a built-in 0.8m retractable USB-C cable which supports up to 140W charging for compatible USB PD 3.1 devices, including laptops. The cable automatically retracts for storage, while its module can be replaced separately if damaged.

One of the biggest highlights of the Power Auro 2000 Elite is its integrated 600W car charger and MPPT solar charging controller. Unlike portable power stations that require additional charging modules, DJI has built these components directly into the unit.
The power station supports five recharging methods, including AC grid power, direct vehicle battery charging, solar charging, simultaneous car and solar charging, and Intelligent Hybrid Recharging.
Using a wall socket, the Auro 2000 Elite supports up to 2,000W AC input and can recharge from 0% to 80% in approximately 60 minutes. A full recharge takes about 75 minutes.
For those going on road trips, the built-in car charger allows the power station to recharge directly from a vehicle’s battery while driving. DJI claims it can achieve a full charge in as little as four hours.
However, there’s a limitation depending on your vehicle’s electrical system. According to DJI, car charging is limited to 400W on 12V systems, while 24V and 48V systems can support up to 600W.
For solar charging, the dual SDC ports support a combined input of up to 1,200W, allowing the power station to recharge fully in around 2.7 hours.
The Auro 2000 Elite can also combine car and solar charging at up to 600W each, or use Intelligent Hybrid Recharging to combine grid power with solar or car input for up to 2,000W of combined charging power.
Both the required DJI Power Car Battery Charging Cable and DJI Power MC4 Solar Power Charging Cable are sold separately.

In terms of battery longevity, DJI says the Auro 2000 Elite’s LFP cells can retain more than 80% of their original capacity after 4,000 full charge and discharge cycles under lab conditions.
The power station also features a battery management system with 13 temperature sensors and 40 built-in fuses to monitor operating conditions. DJI says its high-strength enclosure can withstand a static load of up to one tonne and features a UL 94 5VB flame-retardancy rating.
For home backup use, the Auro 2000 Elite supports UPS functionality, allowing it to switch to battery power within 0.01 seconds during a power interruption. DJI also claims the unit operates at below 30dB when discharging at a 500W AC load under its specified test conditions.
Users can monitor charging and battery status through the DJI Home app, which also allows them to activate Fast Recharge Mode.

For DJI drone users, the dual SDC ports support fast charging for compatible drone batteries using separately sold accessories. With the DJI Power Fast Charge Cable for Drones, the power station delivers up to 240W charging, allowing a DJI Air 3 Series battery to recharge from 10% to 95% in approximately 30 minutes.
