Djurgarden sporting director Bosse Andersson has detailed his weekend visit to Tottenham.

Andersson was in London for meetings with Spurs about a partnership after selling Lucas Bergvall to Tottenham last month.

He told Fotbollskanalen: "We have a pretty good idea of which players could be relevant (for loan). But the future will tell how it will turn out. We have four weeks left in our transfer window.

"Yes, if we feel that it is an opportunity for us and Tottenham sees an opportunity, while the player is involved, then... (it could be relevant).

"If you can loan a player to Poland, why wouldn't you be able to do it to Sweden? Teddy Sheringham was in Djurgrden for a whole season in 1985. It went quite well for him. Now it was a long time ago, but it is clear that there may be such situations again. We have a good league in Sweden."
